Shipping
Processing Time:
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days for us to ship your order. Delivery times depend on our courier service, PostNL. For orders within the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days, and for international orders to Europe and the United Kingdom, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

Once you place your order, it is carefully processed and handed over to PostNL, our reliable shipping partner.
Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders of €50 or more. For deliveries across Europe and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We guarantee the same quality of service for all our international customers.
Track & Trace:
All shipments come with a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow the status of your package. This way, you’ll always know the location and expected arrival time of your order.
Returns
If you receive your order and are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied.
Submitting a Return:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at info@lhdiya.nl. Include your order number, the name of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Request Review:
Upon receiving your return request, we will review it. We reserve the right to accept or reject return requests based on various factors, including the condition of the returned item and compliance with our return policy.
Return Approval:
If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label (if applicable). Please follow these instructions carefully to send your item back.
Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. Please note refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returned items must include all original labels, tags, and accessories.
Returns that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
