Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders as quickly as possible, you can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed.
When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed from our warehouse. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and sale periods.

  • Processing takes place from Monday to Friday
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Shipping occurs on the next business day after processing
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends

What materials are the headscarves made of?

Our headscarves are made from high-quality premium jersey fabric, offering an elegant look and comfortable wear.
Thanks to its soft and flexible texture, the headscarf stays in place throughout the day.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept various payment methods, including Klarna, credit card, iDEAL, PayPal, and bancontact.
You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.

Can I provide my own headscarves?

No, it is not possible to provide your own headscarves.
We work exclusively with carefully selected fabrics and materials to ensure the quality and appearance of our hijab and khimar bouquets. This allows us to guarantee that every product meets our standards and is beautifully presented.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer personal messages with our hourly orders. We do offer cards on which you can write your own personal message.



Can I collect my order in person?

In some cases, we may offer the option to collect your bouquet in person.
If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp. We’re happy to explore the possibilities with you!

Can I create my own bouquet?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to create your own bouquet.
We work with carefully curated bouquets to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic. We hope to offer this option in the future!

What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder first.
